Against the aggressive ...g5 setup, White undermines the pawn chain with g3, builds the centre, and opens lines before Black can consolidate.
- Challenge f4 immediately with g3
- Use d4 and d5 to gain central space
- Recover f4 only after the centre is secure
Watch out
- Do not drift while Black keeps the extra pawn
- The kingside opens quickly, so calculate checks before castling
